Nature and landscapes

The nature that shapes the landscape. The Penedès region is nature.

The Penedès region is made up of forests, vineyards and beaches. With these three ingredients, how can you not enjoy the best thing we have: the nature around us.

Penedès is a magnificent place to enjoy nature. Its geography and singular location make it possible to experience the region in its different expressions: forests, vineyards and beaches. Yet the most characteristic landscape is the vineyard, with vast extensions of land that form a carpet of verdant life in the springtime and warm earthy tones in the autumn.

Moreover, Penedès has singular nature sites including the Parc dels Talls in Vilobí del Penedès (natural park), Les Dous (natural springs), the Parc Comarcal d’Olèrdola (natural park), the beaches of Garraf, the mountains of the Serra del Montmell, Les Deus (nature site and adventure park) and other natural parks including Parc del Garraf and Parc del Foix, which also offers some spectacular views of the Montserrat mountains. Because each of these sites is so completely different from the others, it is a real treat to enjoy them all with such short distances between them. Penedès is nature. Come and experience both!
