Corbera de Llobregat

Town
corberaay.jpg

The old town of Corbera, located in an extraordinary environment of white pine forests, keeps elements of its medieval origins: the Santa Magdalena's Casal (XVI) -also known as the Castle-, the old Hospital for Pilgrims (XVI), the Santa Maria Church (XIII) and the ruins of the old Castle of Knights (X), among others.

Events stand out, such as the Living Crib (December and January), the winter festival (January 17), the summer festival (July 22) and the Sant Ponç Romeria (the second Sunday in May), which is celebrated around from the Romanesque Sant Ponç church, an 11th century building.
