El Pla del Penedès

This traditionally agricultural town, shares with others in the region the scattered nature of its population centres over the territory, with the capital at El Pla, a village with beautiful narrow streets that invite visitors to walk around them. The town is situated in the central part of the regional depression, with a predominant plain, which has meant that over the course of its history, growing crops became its main economic driving force.
