Wine cellar or Cava

Parató is a family winery located in the heart of the Penedès. The Masia (family house) and the Winery, located in Pla del Penedès, are surrounded by our vineyards that grow and we take care of them all year to get the best grapes to make our wines and cavas.

All our wines are made exclusively with grapes from our vineyards and the cavas we produce are always Reserva or Gran Reserva.

If you come to visit us, you can step on and discover our vineyards, get into winery and see the making proces and finally taste some of our products. We suggest you to book in advance to guarantee you the attention you deserve.

The permanent exhibition at the VINSEUM is dedicated to the vineyard and wine, and the close connection these have with the Penedès region and Catalonia. Your journey starts on the third floor of the Royal Palace and ends with a cava or wine tasting in the tavern of the museum.
