Ruta del Vi del Penedès

We are a cava winery that originated in 1987 by reviving a family tradition that began in 1897.

Legacy, character and tradition.

We preserve a family heritage and the essence of a region, Penedès. We produce a limited series of long-aged cavas with personality.
We combine traditional methods with the latest technical advances.

Visits to the winery and wine tasting

We invite you to visit a cava micro-winery located in the centre of the town of Sant Sadurní d'Anoia. One of our family members in person will tell you all about a personal project of ours that is linked to the family heritage of the House’s grandmother, Maria Rigol Ordi, and her determination to revive the “xampanyista” family legacy, which, little by little, has been filling each generation with enthusiasm.

We would therefore be delighted to share our passion with you. We will enter the exciting world of making cava. Through the tasting of a number of cavas, we will understand what cava is and what we are talking about when we speak of aging, or what we mean by tirage, riddling and disgorging. We would be very happy if, on leaving our House, we have succeeded in your being enchanted by cava just a touch more.
