Canals & Munne is a small family company dedicated to the elaboration of medium-high quality wines and Cavas  from 1915 when Josep Canals Capellades, great grand father of the current winemaker , founded the company. Currently Canals  & Munné has two warehouses : one in the center of town dedicated to turism and another outside, between the vinyards , dedicated to the elaboration of wines and Cavas. At present the winery sells 250,000 bottles, of which 80 % were destined for the domestic market and 20% were destined to the international market in countries like Japan, China , USA , Brazil , Costa Rica , Belgium , Germany , Denmark , Poland, Andorra, etc ... This 2013, the winery has won the Great Gold Medal as the best CAVA in the world by the Concours Mundial of Bruxelles , which has catapulted the cellar , to the more prestige segment world .
