A unique experience sorrounded by vineyards, architecure and heritage, in the heart of Sitges.

Malvasia of Sitges is present in our territory since it's arrival through our port more than six centuries ago. The CIM – Corral de la Vila invites you to travel through the history of this sweet wine, of this special variety and its surprising arrival under the protection of the Hospital de Sant Joan Baptista of Sitges on 1935.

The responsibility towards our heritage and the social impact are the fundaments of our high quality wines.

The CIM – Corral de la Vila is a space managed by the Hospital Sant Joan Baptista de Sitges Foundation, which is an institution that was founded on the XIV century. Nowadays, the main activity of the foundation is taking care of people, and thanks to the Llopis Legacy since 1935 it also has the winery business, having the engagement and responsibility of cultivating, producing and commercialising the Malvasia of Sitges. All the activities generated in this space have a direct return to the social functions of this institution.

VISIT US! We invite you to experience Sitges' wine culture!
