Live the vineyard
The Monistrol d’Anoia estate oozes history. It is the legacy of the passage of time in this small town, now half abandoned, with its vineyards and its century-old olive trees. There we begin the route to a hermitage, to discover the estate step by step.
WHAT WE'LL DO:
11:00 a.m. Arrival in Monistrol d'Anoia, in front of the church of Santa María de Monistrol d'Anoia. First tasting at the small wine harvester's house, Cal QUETU: Reserva cava.
11:15 a.m. We'll start the walk to the church (approximately 45 minutes), where we'll learn the secrets of organic farming and the vineyard to the small 11th-century church of Santa Creu de Creixà.
12:00 p.m. There, beneath our century-old olive trees and next to the vineyard, a tasting of two Sumarroca products awaits us with a small snack: chips, olives, and sausage from the village of Moja (Penedès), with breadsticks.
12:45 p.m. Descent back to Monistrol d'Anoia.
1:30 p.m. END OF THE ACTIVITY.
