Cunit is preparing to experience a weekend full of activities on the occasion of the Winter Festival in honor of Sant Sebastià, which will be held from January 16 to 20, 2026. The program combines concerts, popular traditions, cultural events and family activities, consolidating this event as one of the most outstanding in the municipality's festive calendar.

The events will begin on Friday, January 16 with a concert by the group Doctor Prats and DJ Anna Gisbert, at the Pavelló Els Joncs, with free admission until capacity is reached. The music will continue on Saturday, January 17 with a concert by Javi Medina, also in the same space with free admission until capacity is reached.

Saturday will include traditional activities such as the tabalada (drumming) through the streets of the old town, the conference “Els Catalans a Cuba” by Joan Santacana Mestre, the children's party with the group L'hora del pati and the now traditional correfoc (fire run), which will fill the streets of the center with fire and music.

On Sunday, January 18, popular culture will be the protagonist with the parade, the sardanas in the Plaça de la Vila and the fellowship lunch of the Sant Sebastià Elderly Society.

The events will end on Tuesday, January 20, the local festival of Sant Sebastià, with the solemn mass, the vermouth dance and the afternoon dance, both with the Saturno Orchestra and free access to the Els Joncs Pavilion.
