We will begin the tour in the vineyard, a privileged environment that highlights the ecological and regenerative viticulture that we practice and, at the same time, we will get to know the essential element up close: the grape. It is in this landscape that we will taste one of our still wines, Gres d'Anima Mudi, a 100% Xarel·lo wine.

Once in the winery, we will discover the frenzy of the harvest, the elaborations in tanks and barrels, and we will enjoy a direct tasting of our tanks where we can taste different wines in the fermentation process.

We will end the visit with a local breakfast among vineyards that we will pair with Clàssic Penedès: AT Roca Reserva, AT Roca Rosat Reserva and Esparter.
