For the first time at Celler Giró Ribot, we offer you the Sound Journey & Yoga Experience with views of Montserrat + Brunch with cava or wine.
Giró Ribot's Wine & Bar, with idyllic views and among vineyards, will welcome you with this unique activity.
This therapeutic and meditative experience fuses the Mantras and breaths of Kundalini Yoga at the beginning with the sounds produced by different instruments (Tibetan Bowls, Quartz Bowls, Gong and Jamanic Drum) that rebalance our vibration at a cellular, mental and emotional level, in a journey of deep relaxation.
Kundalini Yoga Teacher and Sound Therapist Lali Jasjeev Kaur, with more than 15 years of experience, will accompany you to embark on your Inner Journey.

- The price per adult is: 40€ Includes all the Yoga material (Molfega and Meditation Cushion).
- It is necessary to bring a bottle of water, hat and scarf or towel to put on the mat.
- At the end of the Brunch there will be a small activity of Cartes Oracle.
