What does the activity include

Trumpet player and singer Andrea Motis has been playing with guitarist Josep Traver since the beginning of her career. "The magic between us is very difficult to replicate with other people because he is the guitarist I've played with the most, and for years we've almost felt each other’s presence every day," explains the Barcelona-based artist. Motis highlights that what she likes most about Traver is his subtlety and his eclectic background after many years of professional experience.

On this occasion, they will delight us with a varied repertoire of American jazz standards, Brazilian music, some original compositions, Latin American songs, from the Catalan Countries, without forgetting, of course, their nods to some funk tracks, all brought into the intimate and acoustic formation of their jazz trio.

Additional information

The concert will start at 7:30 p.m. Possibility to visit the Oriol Rossell winery The Musicveu Festival gives the opportunity to complement this musical performance with a visit to the Oriol Rossell cellars The Oriol Rossell winery is a small family winery, dedicated to the production of quality cavas and wines exclusively from grapes from the 85-hectare estate. Careful viticulture that respects the environment and a tradition passed down from generation to generation in the production of wines and cavas are the secret of the winery. Since time immemorial (16th century) references to the surnames Cassanyes and Rossell have been found in family documents. The two lineages were linked in 1811 by the marriage of Damià Rossell with Madrona Cassanyes, heiress of the family estate. The saga has been perpetuated from father to son and has led to the birth and consolidation of the brand: Oriol Rossell. Can Cassanyes is an atavistic four-bay farmhouse; Its antiquity dates back to at least the 17th century (date engraved on the stone: 1637) and the cellar, in modernist style, dates from 1908. Visit price: €18 (for children under 12 the visit is free) *See note below* Visiting hours: before the concert at 6:00 p.m.

The visit to the cellar for children under 12 is free. There is no child ticket option for this concert, so children under 12 years of age must purchase a general ticket to the concert and if they wish to visit, they must notify us by email at musicveu@pinnae.cat in order to control the capacity and manage the groups.
