Your adventure begins with a visit to AT Roca, a self-sustainable winery dedicated to organic farming and crafting wines and sparkling wines that capture the essence of the Penedès region and its vineyards. After a welcome drink, the visit continues with a tour of the vineyards and the winery, a space where modernity blends seamlessly with tradition.

The highlight of the visit is an exclusive pairing with Obrador de Xerigots, experts in the art of refining artisan cheeses from around the world. For this special occasion, Xerigots presents a selection of 8 cheeses that, paired with 4 AT Roca wines, create a unique sensory experience celebrating the flavors and aromas of Penedès.
