Participate in the VIII Quick Painting Contest ViArt 2022!

The ViArt fair will take place next Saturday, April 9, in Sant Llorenç d’Hortons. And within this framework, the City Council is convening the VIII Salvador Alibau Memorial Fast Painting Competition, which aims to promote painting within the cultural framework of the municipality. The theme of the contest is free and registration for both categories - adults and children - is free. In terms of technique and style, the author can use the ones he / she deems most appropriate for his / her work.
The works submitted may not have participated in previous editions of this competition and may not be signed until after the jury's verdict. There will be two categories to enter: adults and children - you must not have reached the age of 13 at the time of the contest.

Registrations
Registration to take part in the VIII ViArt Fast Painting Competition, which is free, must be done on the same Saturday, April 9, between 9 am and 9:30 am at the municipal sports center (Carrer Catalunya, 43). A maximum of two works may be submitted for oil works and four for other techniques. The painting will only be accepted in one color in the case of fabrics.

Between 2 and 2:15 p.m., the works will be taken to the same registration point (at the municipal sports center) and a document will be delivered to identify the work. The evaluation will take place from 4pm to 5pm, and the awards ceremony will take place from 5pm at the sports center itself.

Jury
The competition jury will be made up of councilor Jordi Planas, painter Isabel Fuentes and painting teacher Pep Andrade.
