This visit aims to introduce you to the identity of the three projects we have: AT Roca (DO Penedès), Anima Mundi
(natural wines) and Companyia Vitícola Sileo (DO Montsant).
We will begin the visit among the vineyards, where we will taste the first wine of the day and we will explain the type of viticulture and the importance of the soil in all our projects.
Next, we will visit the AT Roca and Anima Mundi winery, located in Penedès, where we will discover the different production methods we use.
Finally, we will end the visit with a guided tasting of two sparkling wines from AT Roca, an ancestral and a natural wine from Anima Mundi, and two red wines from Sileo.
