We will taste four wines of minimal intervention, with local varieties (macabeu, xarel·lo and parellada) and made with grapes from old vines belonging to the project, harvested from plots located between the municipalities of Subirats and Vilafranca del Penedès by local winegrowers and oenologists Ivà Gallego (Paret Seca), Joan Rubió and Àngels Margalef (Cal Tiques), Maria Barrena and Josep Tort (Entrevinyes), Anna Galofrè and Raimon Badell (Valldolina).
