Sona la Cançó

What does the activity include

The charismatic singer of Els Pets, Lluís Gavaldà, accompanied by the musician Joan Pau Chaves, offers a unique concert in acoustic and intimate format where the audience will be the protagonist.

Lluís Gavaldà is one of those musicians who do not need presentation. His 35 years at the head of Els Pets endorse him as one of the most respected and admired singers in the country. Now we are presented with an acoustic format, accompanied by the also member of Els Pets Joan Pau Chaves on the keyboard and they do so by releasing a new show "Sona la Cançó".

Following an argument thread around how a musical piece is created, this duet of renowned musicians intertwines the most celebrated songs of Els Pets with the songs that inspired them, creating a fascinating dialogue that helps us to understand the mechanics of composition and its secrets. "Sona la Cançó" is a love letter to music that has accompanied us all these years, a sound journey through melodies, fun memories and above all, a lot of complicity.
