In this tasting you will be able to taste products from our ''Minimal Intervention'' collection, which, as the name suggests, involves minimal human intervention in the winemaking process. The wine ends up in a glass bottle, sealed with wax and labelled by hand with vegan paper and with the greatest possible care.

You can complement it with a visit to one of the wineries in Sant Sadurní d'Anoia pioneers in organic viticulture, learning about our philosophy and production with minimal human impact, allowing the wine to express its maximum identity.
