On November 22, La Bisbal del Penedès will become a meeting point for producers, chefs, professionals and lovers of gastronomy who share the same passion: extra virgin olive oil.
The event is part of Catalonia World Region of Gastronomy 2025, an international recognition that focuses on the quality, sustainability and culinary identity of the country. With this event, La Bisbal del Penedès joins the collective celebration of a year dedicated to showing the world the richness of our gastronomic culture.
Beyond the activities, the event wants to convey a clear idea: oil is identity, health and heritage, and is part of what defines us as a country.
The program will include three great moments: the Roast among olive trees, where you can taste the first new oil; the Round Table “Territory, Science and Gastronomy with EVOO”, with the participation of producers, health professionals and renowned chefs; and the Great Oil Festival, which will offer show cooking, tastings with pairings and live music.
