The Festa de la Fil·loxera (Phylloxera Fest) in Sant Sadurní d'Anoia remembers how, at the end of the 19th century, the people of Sadurní defeated the plague of phylloxera that had ravaged the town's vineyards.
The Festival, which is celebrated on the 7th and 8th of September, has fire and music as protagonists.

After this first attack, they continue their route to meet the big phylloxera, which awaits them in the Era d'en Guineu, and end the spread with the final attack.
