Fire and music are the center of the Phylloxera Festival. A show that tells us how Sant Sadurní d'Anoia overcame the dreaded plague of phylloxera.

A show that takes place in different parts of Sant Sadurní d'Anoia, lasts two days and explains how the municipality overcame the Phylloxera plague. He does it with music and fire and in a festive way because the Phylloxera Festival gives a positive account of the efforts of the villagers to maintain the wine tradition. When you've danced under the fire among insects and American strains, the end of the party will come. A splash of cava will celebrate that the vines are bearing fruit again.
