Farmer's breakfast with local artisanal "embotits", all paired with three of our organic products (all featuring the new vinified pre-phylloxeric variety, Forcada):
- Cava Brut Nature Reserva 1619 (Harvest 2021): 50% Xarel·lo, 40% Macabeu, 10% Parellada
- La Fada de les vinyes (Harvest 2024): 60% White Grenache, 40% Forcada
- Cava Gran reserva Brut 1911 (Harvest 2014): 50% Xarel·lo, 40% Macabeu, 10% Parellada
Next, a tour of the cellar, the cave and the museum space with old tools of the Bolet family in the Catalan farmhouse from 1619.
