Concert by the Duo Lunna

The Music in the Gardens cycle returns in the incomparable setting of the museum gardens, where we can listen to young musicians from the Escola Superior de Música de Catalunya (ESMUC) who have prepared special programs to enjoy classical music in a unique space.

Duo Lunna is a chamber duet formed by Aina (violin) and Lucía (cello), born in 2023 in Barcelona as a result of their friendship and shared desire to make music together. They started the project during their higher studies at ESMUC, where they received chamber music training from teachers such as Pierre Reach, Kennedy Moretti and members of the Casals Quartet. They also have orchestral experience in formations such as the JONC and the Jove Orquestra Simfònica de Barcelona.

With the aim of breaking down geographical barriers and bringing classical music closer to new audiences, Duo Lunna focuses its activity on rural areas of various communities on the peninsula, promoting culture and sharing the pleasure of music with children, young people and adults.
