An experience to learn about what AUTUMN brings us.
We will arrive at our renovated Torrelavit winery to start a walk through the Torrelavit vineyards. During this walk we will learn about the cycle of the vineyard, about how important the vegetation that grows around it is and what properties all these forgotten plants have.

🍷🥂 We will stop at 3 points during the tour to pair our wines and cavas with gastronomy made with wild ingredients.

We will end with a visit to the renovated Torrelavit winery and a final toast with its gastronomic tapas made from wild ingredients.

And who will accompany us in this activity?
Berta Garriga, creator of @arrelsvoladores, a feminine, young and rural initiative based in Alt Penedès. She has trained in wild herbalism and medicinal plants with the Chestnut School of Herbal Medicine and has carried out various “stages” in ecologically sensitive restaurants in Denmark , Perpignan, France and Japan.

This route is approximately 6km long and has a 70m drop.

Who is it suitable for?
