Assemblage = French word for the important operation of deciding which lots of different wines will be assembled to make up the final perfect blend for our CAVAS.
If you feel like playing the winemaker and choosing the right combination of wines this is the activity for you!
Bringing together in perfect harmony all the attributes of these different wines, creating a fine base wine which it has all the necessary characteristics to maintain the aromas and flavors of the brand will be your task for the day!
First we will visit the winery and cellar, then we will learn how our assemblage is composed and you will give it a try choosing one of your samples to give to a jury and finally as the jury deliberates you will enjoy some light tapas lunch and a couple of glasses of Segura Viudas wine or cava.
