What does cava smell like? Macabeo, xarel·lo and parellada grapes are the traditional varieties used in the production of cava and each grape provides different and characteristic aromas: floral, fruity, spicy, balsamic...
Thanks to smell we can know many things about a cava. Find out and put your senses to the test in this visit and workshop at the Cava Centre.

- Description of the 3 base wines used in the cava making process.
- Olfactory notes of Parellada, Macabeo and Xarel·lo grapes.
- Aroma wheel.

- Production of cava, new elements that affect its smell and taste.
- Cava tasting and its olfactory notes.
