The Aromatic Cocoa Factory and the Tasting Room of Simón Coll Xocolaters is a new space located in the centre of Sant Sadurní d’Anoia to continue with the divulgation of cacao and chocolate world through two concepts:
- The ‘Bean to Bar’ line: a unique production line restored from the old Simon Coll factory that enables us to elaborate artisanally bars of chocolate coming from different, special and unique cacao origins, and also to elaborate phase-test bonbons or limited productions. It is a place that could be visited and will permit us to see the elaboration process of a chocolate bar from the beginning to the end.
- The Tasting Room: a place where we offer experience-based activities around the world of cocoa and chocolate to enjoy with your group of friends, family, workmates...in a funny, didactic and easy way.
Diving into an amazing journey to cacao origins and discover the fascinating world of aromatic cacaos, to experiment with the elaboration of your chocolate, to discover surprising food pairings with chocolate...choose the experience you like the most and let you flow along with a new world of sensations!
