The Premium visit is a visit that, like the Reserve, introduces us to the magical world of cava and the intimate world of Rovellats, but here, we will taste our most emblematic cavas paired with artisan cheeses.
To get to know the history of our family, we start with a short tour of the beautiful modernist gardens of the estate and visit our Masia “Segle XV” which gives its name to one of our most emblematic cellars. Next to it is the family chapel dedicated to the “Moreneta”, the Virgin of Montserrat, already built by our grandfather in the early twentieth century.
Next we will enter the magical world of the elaboration of our cavas, discovering together the winery and the deep cellar where we elaborate our still wines that later will become cavas of long aging.
Rovellats cavas are made exclusively from grapes from our vineyards and following the traditional method or Méthode Champenoise .
Beneath the 15th century Masia and located 12 meters deep, our radial cellar is unique in the world for its original six-pointed star structure and a central roundabout.
The high point of the Premium visit comes with the guided tasting of 4 great Rovellats cavas.
What differentiates a Brut cava from a Brut Nature? How is rosé cava made? What influences the aging of 24 months or 84 months in a cava? Together we will be able to discover the answers during this exclusive tasting with our cavas Reserva Imperial Brut, Imperial Rosé Brut, Gran Reserva Brut Nature and Masia S. XV, a Gran Reserva with a minimum of 84 months of aging.
We will accompany this large selection of cavas with a tasting of artisan cheeses from small local producers.

- a guided tour of the winery
- a tasting of two Reserva and two Gran Reserva cavas
-the tasting of 4 artisan cheeses.
