Malvasia power: 12 tastings of Malvasia de Sitges wines to showcase their potential.

The Centre d'Interpretació de la Malvasia (CIM) repeats the cycle of tastings that puts the different vinifications of Malvasia de Sitges in context, allowing you to discover the wineries and particularities of each area, as well as the history and scenario, not only locally, but in the Mediterranean as a whole.

The sommelier David Martínez and the historian and coordinator of the CIM, Alba Gràcia will guide this oenological and heritage experience with the understanding that Malvasia is one of the most special grape varieties of our territory.
