An eco aperitif inspired by the snack that our ancestors had in the vineyard.
A tribute to our grandmothers and grandfathers, to the peasant women who used the ingredients from the pantry to prepare these meals that are now so traditional. In the cellar we created a historical aperitif with: carquinyolis, quince jelly, cheese, sobrassada, honey and olive paste, a magnificent sum of the gastronomic heritage of our house.
Come and try it and pair it with the organic and biodynamic wines and cavas of the winery in a space among the vineyards.
