Cavasfera is the opportunity to discover the Penedès landscapes and the cava making process through Pere Guilera, third generation and current president of Cava Guilera. Pere is a wise grower and a small cava businessman, a firm defender of the Penedès landscapes and long-aging cava: Reserva and Gran Reserva.

If you come to visit us, we will talk about the beauty and uniqueness of our Mediterranean landscapes. We will also observe what is happening in the vineyard and we will tell you why the Penedès has the ideal conditions to grow it sustainably. Next we will visit the small family winery, founded in 1927. At Cava Guilera we only make Guarda Superior Cava, Reserva and Gran Reserva, aged from 18 months to 17 years in the cellar, with the mothers. All our cavas are smooth, harmonious, gastronomic and elegant. Come and rediscover the great versatility of long-aging cavas!

We will complete the experience with a cava tasting in our charming terraces among the vineyards. A rural, ecological and dry garden where you can blend in with the landscape and taste unique products. We offer 3 tasting options so that you can choose which one best suits your needs.
