The menu we propose includes:

Appetizers (fuet and olives)
"calçots" (from Valls, organic production) with sauce and a jug of wine
tasting "tapa" (with "calçot" croquettes)
main course (lamb, sausage, black sausage, grilled artichoke, beans, grilled potatoes)
toasted bread with garlic, tomatoes and oil from the farm
dessert (catalan cream and glass of cava)
wine, water and coffees.
